Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce, you have 10 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase.
How to proceed
- Contact us before the end of this 10-day period, quoting your order number.
- The product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition.
- Once we receive your request, we will explain the next step: exchange or refund.
